<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the ~G1
<br />Trust Deed dated October 1, 2007 and executed by Ernest S. Rother, a single person, as Trustor, in which ~, ~
<br />Five Points Bank, a. Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, '~
<br />which was recorded as Instrument #020070$426 at the Register of Deed's office of Hall County, `"'~
<br />Nebraska on the 1st day of October, 2007
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Sank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Suite No. 3, A11ene Windsor Square Condominium Property Regime in Unit One (1), Lot'I"wo
<br />(2), Block Eight (8) Replat, Continental Gardens, an Addition to the City of Grand Island., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person ar persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Recanveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 2"d day of September, 2009.
