On April 28, 2008, Landlord and Tenant entered into a Memorandum of Lease <br />dated April 28, 2008 and recorded on August 18, 2008 as Document No. 2008-071b0 in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska (the "Memorandum") relating to the real <br />property located at 1230 North Webb Street in Grand Island, Nebraska, as more particularly <br />described in the Lease (the "Leased Premises"). <br />B. Landlord and Tenant desire to amend the Memorandum in order to revise the <br />legal description of the Leased Premises. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained <br />herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt, adequacy and sufficiency of which <br />is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />1. The legal description of the Leased Premises set forth on Exhibit "B" attached to the <br />Memorandum is revised as follows: <br />Lot Two (2), Meadowlark West 6'~ Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />2. The undersigned hereby terminate and release the Memorandum with respect to the real <br />property legally described as follows: <br />Lot One (1), Meadowlark West f~' Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />3. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such <br />terms in the Memorandum. Except as specifically set forth herein, all tennis, covenants and <br />conditions of the Memorandum shall remain in full force and effect. This Amendment may be <br />executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall constitute an original and all of which <br />taken together shall constitute one and the same original instrument.
