The grantor is BRUCE A <br />SCHLATTMANN and MELODY M SCHLATTMANN, ALSO KNOWN AS MELODY M SANER, <br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, whose address is 2415 W 15TH ST, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803 ("Borrower"), <br />Borrower is not necessarily the same as the Person or Persons who sign the Contract. BRUCE A SCHLATTMANN and MELODY M SCHLATTMANN have <br />entered into aEquity -Line of Credit ("Contract") with bender as of September 3, 2009, under the terms of <br />which Borrower may, from time to time, obtain advances not to exceed, at any time, a ***MAXIMUM <br />PRINCIPAL AMOUNT (EXCLUDING PROTECTNE ADVANCES)*** of Thirty Thousand and 00/l00 <br />Dollars (U.S. $30,000.00) ("Credit Limit").
