<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:

<br />DOC # 98-107387; AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 23, 2002 AND RECORDED
<br />MAY 1, 2002 IN DOC # 0200204695; A DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
<br />DATED APRIL 23, 2002 AND RECORDED MAY 1, 2002 IN DOC # 0200204694;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person ar persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
