<br />WHEREAS, by Trust Deed dated July 24,2000 and recorded in the Real Estate Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as Document # 0200006026 KEVIN THOMAS AND DANIT A THOMAS (husband
<br />and wife) did convey certain real estate therein described in trust unto Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law,
<br />as Trustee for the benefit of GRAND ISLAND FINANCE CO., therein referred to as Beneficiary;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Trust Deed have been satisfied and said Trustee has
<br />received written request by such Beneficiary to re-convey the trust property from the Beneficiary;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, in his capacity as Trustee under the above-
<br />described Trust Deed, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of the satisfaction ofthe indebtedness
<br />evidenced by such Trust Deed received from Grantees, does hereby release and re-confirm unto the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, herein called the Grantees, the following described real property in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
