<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by
<br />Johnson & Johnson, Inc.
<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated March 22,
<br />2007, and recorded March 26, 2007, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. Q200702360, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter (NWl/4) of Section Twelve
<br />(12), Township Eleven (11) North, Range 'Ten (10), West of the 6'~ P,M., more
<br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of said Northwest
<br />Quarter, said point being Two hundred forty Five (245.0) feet North of the Southwest
<br />corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence running Northerly along the west line of said
<br />Northwest Quarter, a distance of one Hundred Forty Five (145) feet; thence running
<br />Easterly and parallel to the south line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of Three
<br />Hundred (300) feet; thence Southerly and parallel to the West line of said Northwest
<br />Quarter, a distance of One Hundred Forty Five (145) feet; thence running Westerly and
<br />parallel to the south line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of "1'hreo. hundred (300)
<br />feet to the point of beginning, in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
