<br />THIS Deed of Trust is made this 02/23/2005 between THOMAS A. CONSBRUCK AND KATHLEEN S.
<br />CONSBRUCK, HUSBAND AND WIFE (herein "Trustor "), whose address is 1420 COVENTRY PLACE
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NE, and First American Title Company ( "Trustee "), for the benefit of CITIBANK, FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS BANK, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States, which has a home
<br />office of 11800 Spectrum Center Drive, Reston, VA 22090 (herein "Lender "). The "Borrower" means the
<br />individual(s) who has(ve) signed the Fixed Rate Home Equity Loan Note (the "Note ") of even date herewith and in
<br />connection with this Deed of Trust.
<br />Trustor, in consideration of the indebtedness herein recited and the trust herein created, irrevocably grants and
<br />conveys to Trustee, in trust, WITH POWER OF SALE, the following described property located in the County of
<br />HALL, State of Nebraska:

<br />which has the address of 1420 COVENTRY PLACE, GRAND ISLAND, NE (herein, "Property Address ");
<br />TOGETHER with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights,
<br />appurtenances and rents all of which shall be deemed to be and remain a part of the property covered by this Deed of
<br />Trust; and all of the foregoing, together with said property (or the leasehold estate if this Deed of Trust is on a
<br />leasehold) are hereinafter referred to as the "Property."
<br />WHEREAS, Borrower is indebted to Lender in the principal sum of U.S. $11,000.00, which indebtedness is
<br />evidenced by Borrower's note dated 02/23/2005 and extensions and renewals thereof (herein "Note "), providing for
<br />monthly installments of principal and interest, with the balance of indebtedness, if not sooner paid, due and payable
<br />on 02/28/2010;
<br />To secure to Lender the repayment of the indebtedness evidenced by the Note and the payment of all other sums,
<br />with interest thereon, advanced in accordance herewith to protect that security of this Deed of Trust; and the
<br />performance of the covenants and agreements of Borrower herein contained:
