<br />M. Hempel, as husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Norwest Mortgage, Inc. is named as Beneficiary
<br />and Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter
<br />filed for record May 31, 1995 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 95- 103566. Said Deed of Trust was rerecorded on June 19, 1996, as
<br />Instrument No. 96- 100442.
<br />On or about May 31, 1995, Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title
<br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The
<br />Assignment was recorded June 22, 1995, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 95- 104146.
