Hulme and Kay V. Hulme, <br />husband and wife, of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, by Deed of Trust dated March <br />20, 2001 and duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall, in the <br />State of Nebraska, on March 27, 2001, as Instrument No. 0200102492 of the records in said <br />office conveyed to Bruce I. Smith, as Trustee, certain property in trust to secure the payment of <br />the indebtedness mentioned therein; <br />And, Whereas, said indebtedness has been partially paid and the purposes of said trust have <br />been partially satisfied. <br />Now, Therefore, at the request of the legal holder of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of <br />Trust, and in consideration of the premises, and in further consideration of the sum of- -ONE- - <br />Dollar to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I, as the Trustee, do <br />hereby remise, release and quit -claim unto the present owner or owners of said real estate and <br />unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the right, title and <br />interest which I, as such Trustee, have in and to only the following portion of the property, set <br />forth and described in the aforesaid Deed of Trust to wit: <br />The South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section Thirty -two, Township Twelve North, Range <br />Twelve West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />To Have And To Hold The Same, Together with all and singular the privileges and <br />appurtenances thereunto belonging forever.
