<br />WHEREAS, Trustee has agreed to a reconveyance of the collateral secured by the Deed
<br />of Trust made among Thomas J. Timmerman, A Single Person, Trustor, and Pinnacle Bank,
<br />Lexington, Nebraska, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated September 24, 2004 and recorded in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Inst. 0200409732 of the
<br />Mortgage Records, for good and valuable consideration and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property
<br />held by Pinnacle Bank, Lexington, Nebraska, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be
<br />reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, for the good valuable consideration and in accordance Nvith the
<br />written request of the Beneficiary, Pinnacle Bank, Lexington, Nebraska, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate
<br />and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described property:
