Robertson, (a single person ) hereinafter called <br />"Trustor," whose mailing address is 311 South Berber, Cairo, <br />Nebraska 68824; <br />(B) Bradley D. Holbrook, hereinafter referred to as "Trustee," <br />whose mailing address is 322 West 39th Street, Kearney, <br />Nebraska 68845; <br />and <br />(C) David Kingsley, (a married person) hereinafter referred to <br />as "Beneficiary," whose mailing address is 40 Rolling Hills, <br />Kearney, Nebraska 68845. <br />WITNESSETH: That Trustor, in consideration of .One Dollar ($1.00) and <br />other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, grants, conveys, sells, transfers, and warrants to <br />Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, the following-described real <br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev.
