<br /> WHEREAS, Tri-City Properties, L.L.C, a Nebraska Limited Liability
<br /> Company Trustor, executed and delivered said. Deed of Trust to First
<br /> National Bank, trustee, for the benefit of First National Bank, the
<br /> Beneficiary named therein, dated the 26th day of June 2008, and
<br /> recorded the 7th day of July, 2008, In Instrument #2008 05858, Pages 1-
<br /> 7, by Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, thereof, and wherein
<br /> said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br /> Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of note paid in full and in
<br /> accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br /> undersigned, as trustee, does by these presents grant, remise, release
<br /> and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest
<br /> and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in
<br /> the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br /> Hall County, Nebraska.
