CLAUSEN, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF <br />GEORGE W. CLAUSEN, DECEASED (Hall County Court Case No. PR08- <br />174), Grantor, conveys and releases, subject to easements, liens <br />and all other restrictions of record, the following described <br />real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />TF.P,CT ONE <br />The East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E'-~SW~) of Section Eight <br />(8), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 5th <br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, containing 80.44 acres, more or <br />~.ess, and <br />TRACT TWO: <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE~NW~) of <br />Section Eight (8), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9), West <br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, containing 39.61 acres, <br />more or less, <br />as follows: <br />(a) To George W. Clausen's surviving brother, Robert H. <br />C1_ausen, a life estate giving him the sole and exclusive right of <br />use, possession and income from the real estate during the <br />remainder of his lifetime, and <br />(b) Upon the death of Robert H. Clausen the real estate <br />shall pass to Decedent's nephew, Kenneth Clausen, if he is then <br />living. If Kenneth Clausen is not then living the real estate <br />shall pass in shares determined by right of representation to the <br />then living issue of Kenneth Clausen. <br />1 <br />
