CANCELLATION OF NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned h ereby c ancels the Notice o f Default f iled f or r ecord January 3 1, 2 005, and
<br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />200500817. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Eugene Adams and Lorraine
<br />Eagleton, both single persons, as Trustors, in which Columbus Federal Savings Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary and Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust
<br />was thereafter filed for record July 22, 1997 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 97- 105855.
<br />On or about July 23, 1997, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its
<br />right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
<br />The Assignment was recorded August 4, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- 106201.
<br />The subject property is legally described as follows:
<br />Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), Block Eight (8), Brett & Johnson's
<br />Addition to Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska
