CANCELLATION OF NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />The undersigned h ereby c ancels the Notice o f Default f iled f or r ecord January 3 1, 2 005, and <br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. <br />200500817. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Eugene Adams and Lorraine <br />Eagleton, both single persons, as Trustors, in which Columbus Federal Savings Bank is named as <br />Beneficiary and Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee.
