<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record
<br />on April 18, 2002, as Instrument number 0200204237, in the records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, by Kathy Hand and Bradley Hand, as Trustors, in which Wells Fargo Home
<br />Mortgage Inc., is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation
<br />for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, and the nature of
<br />such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. You are
<br />hereby notified that because of such default, the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed
<br />is accelerated and as of March 26, 2005, is in the amount of $139,803.28, plus interest
<br />thereafter. You are further notified that because of such default, the undersigned has
<br />elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under the
<br />Trust Deed; the trust property affected is as follows:
<br />Plat of a tract of land comprising a part of the northeast quarter of the

<br />southeast quarter, a distance of 800.0 feet, thence deflecting right 125
<br />degrees, 40 minutes, 6 seconds and running northeasterly, a distance of
<br />1,211.26 feet to the southerly right -of -way line of highway 1 -80, thence
<br />easterly along said highway right -of -way line, a distance of 90.0 feet to the
<br />east line of said section 24, thence southerly along the east line of said section
<br />24, a distance of 984.39 feet to the place of begi Spiqg.
