<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated May 19, 2006, executed by Rita Kay Willman, a Single Woman, in which ~~'
<br />Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on May 19, 2006, recorded as
<br />Instrument No. 0200604449, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />THE EASTERLY SIXTEEN (E I6) FEET OF LOT NINE (9) AND ALL OF LOT TEN (IO) IN BLOCK
<br />SEVENTEEN (17), PARTLY IN CHARLES WASHER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AND PARTLY IN CHARLES WASHER'S THIRD ADDITION TO GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
