SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />VIA MILANO SUBDIVISION <br />(Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 and Outlots A and B) <br />In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, T.C.
