PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED <br />Pat McHugh, Personal Representative of the Estate of Edith L. Brooker, Deceased, <br />Grantor, pursuant to power of sale provisions contained in the Last Will and Testament of <br />Decedent filed in the Hall County Court, Case No. PR04 -191, for good and valuable <br />consideration received from Grantees, Thomas A. McHugh and Patricia A. McHugh, <br />husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, conveys to Grantees, <br />the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
