<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 8; 2008 executed by Robert C Berst, a Single person, in
<br />which Five Paints Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Document #200802093, on the 13th day of March, 2008, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />THE EAST ONE-THIRD (1/3) OF LOTS FIVE (5) AND SIX (6), BLOCK SEVEN (7),
<br />HANN'S THIRD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand l~i~nd, Nebraska, this 17th day of August, 2009.
