<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by Todd R. Russell, an 7xnxx~arrled persaa, as Trustar, in which Equitable Bank fka The
<br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings
<br />Bank, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee,
<br />dated August 9, 1996,, and recorded August 12, 1996, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument Na. 96-106162 regarding the real estate
<br />described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Todd 1z. Russell, as 7xnmarried person, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede,
<br />Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank fka The Equitable Building and
<br />Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank as seneficiary,
<br />dated August 9, 1996, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Document No. 96Tio6182, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person ar persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title anal interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />3. Descrivtion of real estate anvlicable to both Substitution of Trustee
<br />and Deed of Reconveyance.
<br />A tract of land cowprising part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(E1/2 SE1/¢) of Section Twenty-Three (23), Township Eleven (11) North, Razxge
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly
<br />described as follows: beginning at the Northeast corner of the said South
<br />half of the Southeast Quarter; thence running southerly along the east line
<br />of said South half of the Southeast Quarter, distance of 53D.D feet; thence
<br />running westerly and parallel to the North line of said South Half of the
<br />Southeast Quarter, a distance of 435.6 feet; thence running Northerly and
<br />parallel to the East line of said South Half of the Southeast Quarter, a
<br />distance of 530.D feet to a paint on the zxorth line of said South Half of
<br />the Southeast Quarter; thence running easterly along the North line of said
<br />South Half of the Southeast quarter, a distance of X135.6 feet to the point of
<br />beginning.
