<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by CHAD RODENBAUGH, a single person,
<br />as Trustor(s) to DALE SHOTKOSKI, Assistant City Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of THE CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, as Beneficiary, dated December 18, 2002, and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 200214678, has been paid, and the
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
