Plate and Jeannice R, <br />Plate, husband and wife and Tim C. Plate, au unmarried person, Grantor, whether one or ~- <br />more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Randall R.
