IN CONSIDERATION of the settlement of the debt named therein, MIDDLETON
<br />ELECTRIC, INC., a Nebraska corporation, hereby releases its Construction Lien in respect to
<br />the following- described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE '/4 NW '/4 ), except a
<br />tract of land compromising all of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter
<br />of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (W '/z NW '/4 NE '/4 NW
<br />'/4 ); the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW '/4 NE '/4 ), and
<br />the North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N '/z NE '/4 ), lying West of U.S.
<br />Highway 281, all in Section Twenty -Five (25), Township Eleven (11),
<br />North Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which was recorded as Instrument No. 200500792 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on January 28, 2005.
