Christenson, ASSIGNORS, do hereby assign to <br />EQUITABLE BANK, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a loan made to <br />Assignors by Assignee in the amount of $104,000.00 the Lease dated September 20, <br />2007, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Assignors are the Lessees, pertaini~lg <br />to the following-described premises: <br />The Southerly One-Half of Lot Fifteen (15), and all of Lot Sixteen <br />(16), having a lake front footage of 70 feet, situated on the East side <br />of the East portion of Kuester Lake and being on a part of the East <br />Half of the Southwest Quarter (E12SW1/4) in Section Thirteen (13), <br />Township Eleven (11) Range Nine (9), West of the 6t" P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, bounded on the Easterly side by the common <br />road <br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $104,000.00 with <br />interest and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the <br />Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void <br />and of no further force nor effect. <br />DATED: August ~., 2009 <br />_ ~ _~ _ <br />ERIC R.
