Hartman and Patricia A. Hartman, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated May 14, 2004, and recorded on May 19, 2004, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument #200405003, have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
