<br />__ DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, the Deed of Trust executed on February 19, 2009, by Grand Island Area Economic
<br />Development Corporation, as Trustor, to Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee and
<br />as Beneficiary which was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />at Instrument No. 0200901251 shall no longer secure the indebtedness of Trustor to Beneficiary.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned
<br />Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey to Grand Island Area Economic
<br />Development Corporation all the interest and estate granted to said Trustee by said Deed of Trust
<br />in the following described premise located in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE'/aSE'/a) of Section Five (5),
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, 40 acres.
