<br />LEGAL DESCRII'TION
<br />A Tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4), a part of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (NW1/4), a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), and a part of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(SE1/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the
<br />6t'' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4); thence running westerly,
<br />along and upon the north line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4), a distance of Two Thousand
<br />Six Hundred Fifty One and Forty Eight Hundredths (2,651.48) feet to the northeast corner of said
<br />Northwest Quarter (NW1/4); thence deflecting right 00°00'47" and running westerly, a distance
<br />of Three Hundred Sixty Two and Seventy Five Hundredths (362.75) feet to the centerline of a
<br />county road, said point also being the northeast corner of a parcel referred to as "TRACT NO.
<br />3lA" on a survey dated August 28, 2001, by Lee D. Wagner, L.S., No. 557; thence deflecting
<br />left 89°35'23" and running southerly along and upon said county road centerline, which is also
<br />the east line of said "TRACT NO. 31A", and also being along and upon the east line of a parcel
<br />referred to as "TRACT NO. 31B" on a survey dated August 22, 2001 by Lee D. Wagner, L.S.,
<br />No. 557, a distance of Five Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Three and Sixty One Hundredths
<br />(5,283.61) feet to the southeast corner of said "TRACT NO. 31B", said point also being on the
<br />south line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4); thence deflecting left 90°21'26" and running
<br />easterly along and upon the south line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), a distance of Three
<br />Hundred Sixty Four and Sixteen Hundredths (364.16) feet to the southwest corner of said
<br />Southeast Quarter (SE1/4); thence deflecting right 00°08'58" and running easterly, along and
<br />upon the south line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4), a distance of Two Thousand Six Hundred

<br />Quarter (SE1/4); thence deflecting left 89°48'58" and running northerly, along and upon the east

<br />First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE1/4); thence tumiing westerly, along and upon the north line of said Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE1/4), a distance of Five Hundred Eighty Five and Forty Two Hundredths (585.42) feet;
<br />thence deflecting left 89°35'58" and running southerly, a distance of Seven Hundred Eighty and
<br />Fifty Three Hundredths (780.53) feet to the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence continuing
<br />southerly, along and upon the previously described course, a distance of Three Thousand Eight
