Hartmann, <br />Deceased, Grantor, pursuant to power of sale provisions contained in the Last Will and Testament <br />of Decedent filed in the Hall County Court, No. PR 09-165, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), <br />and other good and valuable consideration, received from Grantees, Darrell A. Erdmann and <br />Kimberly K. Erdmann, husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship and not as <br />tenants in common, conveys to Grantees, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb.
