It is the Trustee under the Trust Deed recorded in the office of the Hall County Register <br />of Deeds, as Instrument Number 0200207769, of the Hall County Mortgages Records. <br />2. That Margarita Frances and Jose Frances are the Trustors under the Trust Deed. <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Framers State Bank as Trustee under the <br />Trust Deed as security on a note payable to Farmers State Bank. <br />4.
