Chi <br /> <br /> <br /> ~ <br /> F..,,, -.-. <br />. <br /> ~ ~ w <br /> <br />CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED <br />Outlot "A" of Springdale Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska together with an easement for ingress and egress to said Outlot "A" aver and <br />across the following parcels: <br />Easement parcel one: The south ten feet of Lot Three (3) of Springdale Second <br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and <br />Easement parcel two: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 2 of Springdale Second <br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, thence south on the east <br />line of said Lot 2 a distance of fifteen feet, thence in a northwesterly direction to a point <br />ten feet south of the north line of said Lot 2 and five feet west of the east line of said Lot <br />2, thence westerly on a line ten feet south of and parallel to the north line of said. Lot 2 to <br />a point ten feet south of the north line of said lot 2 and five feet east of the west line of <br />said lot two, thence southwesterly to a point on the west line of said Lot 2 which is fifteen <br />feet south of the nai-tl~west corner of said Lot 2, thence northerly upon the west line of <br />said Lot 2 to the northwest corner of said Lot 2, thence easterly on the north line of said <br />Lot 2 to the point of beginning. <br />Grantor shall not allow any structures, buildings, combustible materials, or other property <br />of any kind whatsoever, to be erected, constructed, placed, stored, or accumulated in, upon, <br />above, along, over, across, underneath, ar through the easement herein granted. Grantor <br />covenants with Grantee that Grantor is lawfully seized of such real estate and that the real estate <br />is free from encumbrance, except encumbrances of record; has legal power and lawful authority <br />to convey the real estate; warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful <br />claims of all persons. <br />
