TRUSTEE'S PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Aron Hostetler, a single person, and Eric Hostetler and Kimberly K. Hostetler, husband and wife, Trustor(s), to The State Bank of Cairo, now known as Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated February 24, 2006 in which The State Bank of Cairo, now known as Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded February 24, 2006 as Document No. 200601616 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has been partially satisfied and said beneficiaries have requested that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, a part of the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as follows: Please see attached Exhibit "A" IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE, at Cairo, Nebraska, this 5th day of August, 2009.
