Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank <br />fka Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as Beneficiary, dated October 26, <br />2001, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as <br />Document No. o2ooi1o96s, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in <br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its <br />endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
