<br />of 90' thence West on a line perpendicular to said East line for a distance of 28.5'
<br />thence Northwesterly on a line to a point on a line being 270' South of the North line
<br />of the Southwest Quarter Section 24 -11 -10 thence East on a line 270' South of and
<br />parallel to the North line of the Southwest Quarter Section 24 -11 -10 for a distance of
<br />30.5' to the point of beginning; containing approximately 2655 s.f.
<br />To have and to hold the above - described premises together with all tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's

<br />encumbrance; that Grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that
