BRUHA, a single person, herein called the Grantor, in consideration <br />of One Dollar ($1.00) and other consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />hereby grants and conveys unto the <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, <br />A municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a tract <br />of land for a public right -of -way consisting of part of the Northeast quarter and Southwest <br />quarter of Section 24, Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the 6th PM, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the East line of the Southwest Quarter Section 24 -11 -10 said <br />point being 360' South of the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter Section 24- <br />11-10 thence continuing South on said East line of Southwest Quarter Section 24 -11- <br />10 for a distance of 90' thence West on a line perpendicular to the East line of the <br />Southwest Quarter for a distance of 26.6' thence Northwesterly on a line to a point <br />where it intersects a line 360' South of the north line of said Southwest Quarter thence <br />East on a line 360' South of and parallel to the North line of Southwest Quarter <br />Section 24 -11 -10 for a distance of 28.5' to the point of beginning; containing <br />approximately 2479.5 s.f. <br />To have and to hold the above - described premises together with all tenements, <br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's <br />successors and assigns forever. <br />And the Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee's successors <br />and assigns that Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from <br />encumbrance; that Grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that <br />Grantor warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all <br />persons whomsoever. <br />1 <br />It <br />
