<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated June 5, 2009 and executed by Starostka Group Unlimited, Inc, a Nebraska Corporation, ~o
<br />as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank, a. Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the ~~'
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #0200904605, at the Register of Deeds office
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska on the 10`" day of June, 2009
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />The South 40 Feet of the North 73.66 Feet of the West 1.32 Feet of Lot Seventeen (17), Horne
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Lot Eight (S), Block Two (2), Woodland Park 2"d Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and. the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate naw held by said Trustee hereunder.
