200501757 OPEN -END RIDER - Nebraska Open -End To Secure Present and Future Obligations and Advances This open -end Real Estate Deed of Trust Rider is given this 1st day of and is incorporated into and shall be deemed to amend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of Trust or Security Deed (the "Security Instrument') dated March 01, 2005 given by the undersigned [hereafter "Borrower" regardless of whether the undersigned is (are) liable thereon] to secure the repayment in full of the note, obligation, or credit agreement ( "Note ") described in said Security Instrument, and all future and additional notes, loans or advances, protective or otherwise, which may be made by Farm Credit Services of America, FLCA, ( "Lender ") at its option, at the request of, and to or for the account of Borrower or the parties liable under the Note for any purpose, plus interest thereon, all payable according to the terms of the said Note, or other instrument(s) modifying the same. Provided, however, that the total principal indebtedness outstanding and secured hereby shall not exceed the sum of$ 364, 500.00 at any one time, exclusive of interest and protective advances authorized in said Note. HOWEVER, NOTHING CONTAINED HEREIN SHALL CONSTITUTE A COMMITMENT TO MAKE FURTHER OR ADDITIONAL ADVANCES IN ANY AMOUNT AT ANY TIME, WHETHER OR NOT THE TOTAL PRINCIPAL INDEBTEDNESS ABOVE HAS BEEN ADVANCED. Provided further, that as such time as the Note secured by the underlying Security Instrument is actually sold on or into the Secondary Mortgage Market, or otherwise, this rider shall be of no further force and effect and said Security Instrument shall be deemed to be Closed End. The undersigned Borrower hereby agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein, and except as specifically amended and supplemented hereby, the original Security Instrument referenced above is hereby ratified, confirmed and shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
