<br /> SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
<br /> WHEREAS, Citifinancial, Inc., is the Beneficiary and holder of a Deed of
<br /> Trust, executed by Darlene A. Woitaszewski, a single person (hereinafter referred to as
<br /> "Borrower") dated April 11, 2006, and recorded April 12, 2006 as Instrument No.
<br /> 200603172 of the records of Hall County, Nebraska, covering the following described
<br /> real estate, to-wit:
<br /> Lots 13 and 15, Block 21, in University Place, an Addition to the City of Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, Borrower has obtained a loan in the amount of $00 from
<br /> CitiMortgage, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Lender") which loan is secured by that
<br /> Deed of Trust dated q -W-0(1 , 2009 and recorded
<br /> g_l _0 q , 2009 as Instrument No. a f14 7 I , of the
<br /> recorded o Hall County, Nebraska, covering the Subject Real Estate; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, Lender's Deed of Trust should be paramount and superior to the lien
<br /> of Citifinancial, Inc.
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, Citifinancial, Inc. does hereby waive the priority of its
<br /> Deed of Trust as described above and any other security it may have in the subject real
<br /> estate and agrees that Lender's Deed of Trust shall be superior to said Citifinancial. Inc.
<br /> Deed of Trust and that Citifinancial, Inc. agrees that it's Deed of Trust executed and
<br /> recorded prior to the time of said Lender's Deed of Trust, shall be subject, junior and.
<br /> subordinate to the Deed of Trust of Lender.
<br />
<br /> Provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall operate in any way to
<br /> release or affect the validity of the Citifinancial, Inc, security instruments as liens upon
<br /> the Subject Real Estate or to otherwise affect the priority of said Citifinancial, Inc. lien
<br /> except herein provided.
<br />
<br /> This agreement shall be binding upon the undersigned and it's successors and
<br /> assigns.
<br />
