Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, D <br /> NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br /> by Michael R. Flodman and Debra L. Flodman, Husband and wife, as Trustor, in which <br /> Equitable Bank, fka The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, <br /> Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. <br /> Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated January 27, 1994,. and recorded January 27, <br /> 1994, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. <br /> 94-100759 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br /> 2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br /> executed by Michael R. Flodman and Debra L. Flodman, Husband and wife, as trustor, to Earl D. <br /> Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank, fka The Equitable <br /> Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank as ' <br /> Beneficiary, dated January 27, 1994, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br /> Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 94-100759, has been paid, and the Beneficiary <br /> has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as <br /> confirmed by its endorsement below. <br /> <br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br /> Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br /> all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br /> of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br /> 3.
