The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed dated May 19, 2004, and recorded <br />on June 11, 2004, as Instrument No. 0200405781, in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, executed by Dana G. And Marsha L. Hansen, Husband And Wife, as Trustors, in which <br />Clifford P. Flanagan, is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of obligation for <br />which the Trust Property was conveyed as security has occurred. The nature of such breach is the <br />Trustor's failure to make payment of interest when due in accordance with the terms of said Trust <br />Deed. You are hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust <br />Deed is accelerated and further notified that because of such default, the undersigned has elected to <br />sell or cause to be sold the Trust Property to satisfy the obligation under the Trust Deed.
