<br />Notice of default and election to sell is given by Joseph H. Badami, Attorney for
<br />Trustee, in accordance with the procedure set forth in a certain Deed of Trust dated
<br />December 20, 2002 wherein KRISTIN R. PETERSEN AKA KRISTINE R. PETERSEN,
<br />a single individual, is designated as Trustor - Borrower, TIERONE BANK, a United States
<br />Corporation, Successor to United Nebraska Bank, is designated as Trustee and Beneficiary -
<br />Lender. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska on January 16, 2004 as Instrument No. 200400475. Said Deed of
<br />Trust grants to TierOne Bank, Trustee, Successor to United Nebraska Bank, the power of
<br />sale over the following described real estate:
<br />Lot Forty -three (43) and the East Half (E 1/2) of Lot Forty -two (42) in Buenavista
<br />Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />commonly known as 431 Dodge Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801
<br />Further Joseph H. Badami, Attorney for Trustee, states that the said Trustor - Borrower
<br />has breached an obligation of said Deed of Trust by failing to pay the monthly payment of
<br />principal and interest of Five Hundred Sixty -six and 03/100 Dollars ($566.03) for the month
<br />of August, 2004 and the monthly payment of principal and interest of Five Hundred Ninety -
<br />five and 82/100 Dollars for the months of September, October, November, December, 2004
<br />and January, and February, 2005 plus late charges. As a result of this breach, said
<br />Beneficiary- Lender has elected to exercise the power of sale and to sell or cause to be sold,
<br />the aforementioned property to satisfy the obligation of the Trustee.
