WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,�`�
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated July 6, 2004, and executed by James B. McElroy and Devra A.
<br />McElroy, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall �
<br />County, Nebraska on July 14, 2004, as Instrument No. 200406892, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />The South Half of the North Half of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(S1/2N1/2W1/2SE1/4) of Section One (1), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12) West
<br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
