THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Mitchell J.
<br />Nurnberg and Ronna L. Nurnberg, Husband and Wife, to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska
<br />Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated December 20, 2004, and recorded December 21, 2004
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Book , Page /as
<br />Instrument No. 0200412178/on Microfilm Roll No. , has been paid, and said Beneficiary does
<br />hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />"Lot 14, Ravenwood Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat
<br />thereof."
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
