JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED <br />00 <br />O, <br />J LARRY WELCH and VIVIAN SANDBECK, Co- Conservators of the <br />Estate of Margaret Welch, An Incapacitated Person, GRANTORS, in <br />consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys to JUAN <br />CRLOS LOPEZ CERECERES and VANDA LOPEZ, husband and wife, as <br />joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, <br />GRANTEES, the following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska <br />(as defined in Neb. Rev.
