<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Trust Deed," executed by Larry Roebuck, Jr and Kristen Roebuck, Husband
<br />and Wife., as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated March 27, 2009, and recorded on April 2, 2009, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument #200902424, have been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and recanvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed,
<br />in and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-
<br />1001):
<br />Lot One (1), Block Twenty-eight (28), in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
