<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br /> THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br /> called the "Trust Deed," executed by Bennett Properties, Inc., as Trustors, to Platte
<br /> Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State
<br /> Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated May 14, 2003, and
<br /> recorded on May 27, 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, as Instrument #200306605 and for the Deed of Trust dated May 12, 2006
<br /> recorded on May 15, 2006 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, as Instrument #200604257, have been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br /> requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br /> request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br /> by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br /> thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed,
<br /> in and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-
<br /> 1001):
