Cummings, husband and wife, as Trustors on May 3, 2002, in which Five Points Bank, was named as Beneficiary. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record on May 10, 2002 in Instrument No. 0200205079 in the office of the Register of nl, Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Central National Bank and recorded on May 10, 2002 at instrument No. 200205080 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has thirty days from the date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default. Trustor may make payment to Central National Bank of the amount needed to bring this obligation current.
