-2- 200501618 <br />The Debtor agrees to make no prepayments of any princi- <br />pal or interest unless authorized to do so in writing by Robert <br />Lloyd Minor and Marcella K. Minor. <br />The makers, endorsers, sureties, guarantors and assign- <br />ors of this note severally waive demand, presentation for pay- <br />ment, protest and notice of protest and nonpayment and agree that <br />the holder or holders hereof may without notice and without <br />releasing the liability of any party hereto, grant extensions or <br />renewals hereof from time to time and for any term and in so <br />doing the holder shall not be liable or prejudiced by failure to <br />collect or for lack of diligence in bringing suit on this note or <br />any renewal or extension hereof. <br />The undersigned executes this note with reference to <br />her property and estate and intends hereby to charge for the <br />payment of the indebtedness evidenced hereby both her property <br />and estate whether now or hereafter acquired. <br />This note is secured by a deed of trust of even date <br />herewith covering the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />the South Half of the Northwest Quarter <br />(S% WI4) and the North Half of the Southwest <br />Quarter (MiiSW%) in Section Ten (10), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (i0) West of the <br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />If any part of said note shall not be paid when due by reason of <br />demand, this note shall mature immediately and the holders hereof <br />may invoke the power of sale remedies as set forth in said deed <br />of trust. <br />The undersigned debtor acknowledges receipt of a copy <br />of this note on the date hereof. <br />Florence C.
