DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the �a <br />Deed of Trust dated May 17, 1995, executed by Raymond E. Stahla and Dianne R. Stahla, <br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, C <br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as <br />Document #95- 103312 on the 22nd day of May, 1995, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br />Part of the Northwest Quarter (NW%) of Section Twenty -Six (26), Township Eleven (11) North, RAnge <br />Ten (10) West of the 6`" P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska as follows: Begin on West line 323 ft. South of <br />Northwest corner; East 1,365.09 ft.; South 620.5 ft.; West 1,377.3 ft.; North 672 ft. to point of beginning <br />containing 19.969 acres. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 25th day of February, 2005. <br />�"QOirvrs e <br />P R <br />rn <br />SEAL:� Y <br />�?
