Rupp and unary Ellen Rupp, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank, a <br /> Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee; which was recorded as <br /> Instrument #0200905559, at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 8"h day of July, <br /> 2009 <br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a <br /> written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br /> <br /> The South 40 Feet of the North 73.66 Feet of the West 132 Feet of Lot Seventeen (17), Home <br /> Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br /> The North.
