<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br /> "Trust Deed dated JulyJR 2009 and executed by William P. Ziller, Julann K. 'tiller, husband and wife;
<br /> Robert W. Rupp and unary Ellen Rupp, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank, a
<br /> Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee; which was recorded as
<br /> Instrument #0200905559, at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 8"h day of July,
<br /> 2009
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br /> written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br /> The South 40 Feet of the North 73.66 Feet of the West 132 Feet of Lot Seventeen (17), Home
<br /> Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br /> The North. Thirty Three and Sixty-six Hundredths (33.66) Feet of the West One Hundred Thirty-
<br /> two (1.32) Feet of Lot Seventeen (17), Home Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebarska
<br />
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br /> the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br /> entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
