<br />known as Kearney State Bank & Trust Co, as Trustee and Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being dated
<br />July 15, 2008 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on July

<br />requested in writing that this deed of reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
